Very often people ask me what I do to succeed in my activities and what I suggest they can also do to be successful. I don't think there is a specific path that leads to success, there may be 1001 ways to succeed (serving, working with passion, hard working, focus, persist, being creative, being good, pushing others from behind etc), but as one of my friends said, is difficult not to be successful if you work 16 hours per day!
Zero opportunities missed
There are a lot of opportunities that fits in my development plan: various contests, seminars, training, conferences, project management, business and training experiences etc. I generally try to attend everything that means a challenge for me in a way or another or that provides me a better experience in one of my fields of interest.
The right moment is right now!
Many people avoid to take extra responsibilities, avoid to say "Yes! I want it!" and prefer to live in future illusions. I'm kind of pragmatic. It is said that the best time when you can take a decision is right now! Don't miss any future opportunity by delaying it!
Trust means: respect, punctuality and compliance
If you want to get the others trust, respect your engagements and their opinions, try not to delay meetings, tasks or other engagements and get used with the idea that nobody's perfect and act upon that!
Remember that success is up to you! Nobody will build your success beside you!
